| Question #1. How long does it take for you to complete a standard VHS to DVD transfer? |
Our Standard Package VHS to DVD transfer takes up to 24 hours, with delivery time, in most cases we can return your movies in less than 72 hours. |

| Question #2. Will the DVD you create play on my brand DVD Player. |
The disks we use for our Standard VHS to DVD Package are found to be compatible with 95% of the DVD Players on the market as well as most PC's and Mac's. Of course, there is an age factor with most DVD Players, the older the DVD Player, the greater the chance that the DVD disk can fail. If you are not 100% satisfied with your DVD's performance we will offer you a refund. |

| Question #3. Do I get my VHS Tapes back and will the transfer process harm my tapes? |
Yes, of course you get your VHS Tapes back, they are your property and we will treat them with care. And No, the VHS to DVD transfer process is not harmful to VHS tapes, it is usually no more harmful than playing them in your VCR. |

| Question #5. How much can I transfer onto one DVD? |
Our Standard Package allows you to transfer 2 hours of VHS video to DVD, complete with a menu and chapters. We feel that 2 hours produces a higher quality video. |

| Question #6. What kind of tapes can you transfer to DVD? |
We have the technology to transfer your VHS, VHS-C, Super VHS, 8mm Tapes, Mini DV and Hi8. We can also transfer your PAL/SECAM Video Tapes to NTSC or Digital Video Disk. The PAL format is used widely throughout Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia. |

We currently only offer our Express Pickup & Delivery Services in the NYC/NJ Metro area. This includes all the 5 boroughs of New York City as well as Jersey City, Hoboken and more. Call for details about how to get your tapes to us. |

| Yes we can accept your digital images and transfer them to DVD or CD. We can also take your old photos such as Polariods and scan, retouch and transfer them to DVD or CD. Call to ask more about this service. |
